If you are talking about this site, http://productsintermediary.wordpress.com/ , then you cannot alter the permalinks here at wordpress.com. That can only be done on a self-hosted installation of the software from wordpress.ORG.

yah now i understand that part though i guess there you have to upgrade for a cost right?
