  Using platinum seo plugin permalink is working fine But index.php in root is not recognized.For example if i type my blog
  wwww.mydomain.org/wordpress 404 file not found it shows when i type domain name like this wwww.mydomain.org/wordpress/index.php it works fine .With 404 redirection i will be able to redirect but it takes more time open index.php, Can any one pls help.
