  Hello

  How can I change permaling from http://example.co.uk/fitting-instruction/
  to http://exampleco.uk/fitting-instructions/ with ‘s’ ?

  Hi goldbrothers13!

  Permalink structure cannot be changed on WordPress.com sites. I do show that goldbrothers13.com is not hosted by WordPress.com, but by Hostgator. You will need to contact their support team to determine if the permalink can be changed there.
