  Hi there, was this in relation to your free site http://free0451.wordpress.com/ which is associated with your WordPress.com account?

  If so, it’s worth noting that the main permalink settings for blog posts are not available on free sites; but you can change the ‘slug’ (final part of a post address). We have more information about this here:
