permalink address changing doesn’t work well

  Hi
  Blog installed yesterday –> http://www.flapane.com/blog/

  Everything works well but permalink (htaccess) customization doesn’t work very well, as it doesn’t load any stylesheet…
  If I use the default http://www.flapane.com/blog/?p=123 it works… —> screenshoot http://img15.imageshack.us/img15/8838/works.jpg
  If I use any other permalink type it doesn’t work—> screenshoot http://img15.imageshack.us/img15/5378/works2.jpg

  Any hints?
