Permalink Change and Titles of the Articles

  Hello,

  Couple of weeks ago i change my link structure and the titles of some articles plus i removed some articles from my blog. Now, when Google crawls my page i got 45 …404 page not found errors..so is there any way that i can link my new articles or those that has been restructured from the URL to the old one or anything that can help Google crawl my pages without errors?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you are messing with permalink structure, then you are in the wrong forum. Self-hosted blogs are supported at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ . We cannot change permalink structure here at the wordpress.COM hosting service.

  If you happen to be talking about this blog, http://optimizingengine.wordpress.com/ , and you were changing slugs for URLs, then your only real course is to wait it out for 3 months to a year for them to clear out of Google’s index. You should also expect to see your page rank drop as a result.

  There is no way to do redirects here at wordpress.COM.
