Permalink errors

  Hi I’m having trouble that my permalinks that wordpress automatically creates from my post titles are messing up like the one below:
  http://musicmuleblog.wordpress.com/2009/03/06/just-for-kicks-musicmule%E2%80%99s-weekend-tracks-march-6th/

  I don’t know where all the letters between musicmule and -weekend come from but it keeps doing it then I have trouble linking properly to the post.

  Sometimes returns an error 404

  Please help.
