Permalink is not correct

  I recently changed my permalinks to the “Day and name” option but now the link at the bottom of the first page for “older links” is incorrect:

  http://www.neogen.com/blog/index.php/Index.php/page/2/

  It puts the index.php in the permalink twice.

  Where/How can I fix this?
