permalink is not on my dashboard under settings

  WordPress.com hosted sites are not able to change the permalink settings due to the multisite setup of this network. The /yyyy/mm/dd/post-title is the only permalink option. You can change permalinks in WordPress.org type sites or using the Business plan on this host.
