Permalink issues

  Hi,
  I have few issues with my permalinks. I am trying to create a website. All blogs go in a separate page named Blog
  By default, the links are like p?123 but it would not be good for pages.
  So i put in /%postname% for the permalink.
  Now the items in the Blog page give me 404

  What is wrong?
