Permalink Language Issue?

Hi,
I have a Thai website and I’m trying to get the permalink to fightforfluency.com/อาชีพภาษาอังกฤษ but it keeps changing to fightforfluency.com/50 or fightforfluency.com/50-อาชีพภาษาอังกฤษ-ที่ทุก
It just keeps reverting back when I try to change it. This has happened before and I don’t know if it’s a language issue or what. I’ve tried playing with permalink WP settings, deactivating AIO SEO etc. but to no avail.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
