Permalink not dependent on date?

  Is there any way I can create permalinks to individual posts whose URLs are not dependent on the date of the post? I update posts periodically and when I do, I the URL changes, which breaks links I have elsewhere to those pages.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  This is not possible, I’m afraid. The only workaround which I could suggest is using Pages instead of Posts for content you edit frequently, as a date is not included in the permalink structure of a page.
