Hi macmanx, thanks for following up.
It on my own account http://yadfiles.wordpress.com/
So if I access; <https://yadfiles.wordpress.com/wp-admin/> and go to settings, I can’t see the option “Permalink“.
Looking forward hearing from you soon. Thanks

@yadfilesnow9062 got it. Yeah you wont’ be able to change the permalink settings for a free site on our servers.
You can change the slug for an individual post or page, though. I can see this one has a permalink with a name in it.

Hi supemovia, thanks for replying fast.
What means “… change the slug for …”? You mean I can change the permalink manually for each post? If Yes, how to? -
You can change the last part of the post permalink. So for example, in
https://yadfiles.wordpress.com/2019/06/18/check-out-my-archive-that-you-cant-ban/, you can changecheck-out-my-archive-that-you-cant-banYou do this from the Slug option in the post or page editor:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/slugs/
Currently my permalinks shows with ID number
If the links show with a post or page ID, it means you published the post or page without giving it a title. If you make sure to give every post or page a title before you publish it, that title will be used as the permalink slug automatically.
