Permalink not showing correctly

  hi. i have a problem. I own http://www.lifick.com . And in google whenever i search some of my posts i get a permalink like this. http://www.lifick.com > news , where news is my category . But my permalink structure is completely different in the settings option. Also i use yoast seo plugin and i’ve tried permalink redirect plugin. Still the same error. What can i do to fix this.

  This is the WordPress.COM support forum. Here we provide support only for blogs hosted by WordPress.com like http://philipvictorblog.wordpress.com/

  You are referring to a WordPress.ORG software install and you need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  But if you know whats wrong can you tell me ?? Please,, I cant find an answer anywhere .

  @hunain955, as @timethief says, it would be best to post in the WordPress.org forums. Your site is coming up with a database error right now that you will have to work out before anything else can be addressed. Hopefully the volunteers over at the WordPress.org forums will be able to get you going though.
