Permalink Not Working

  A few weeks ago I changed my blog permalink to just read /blog. Now anytime I click on one of my blog posts it reverts to the /blog permalink and no one is actually able to read my blog post because it keeps reverting to main blog page. Anyone know how I can fix this?
