  I want to change the permalink of the author from “http://javaindetail.com/author/baluatcomputerscience/” to “https://plus.google.com/u/0/+BalaSubramanyamLanka?rel=author”

  How can I modify?

  Your Permalink is an internal URL that points to your WordPress.com posts on your WordPress.com site. It directly correlates to your WordPress.com user name and cannot be adjusted.

  You can, however, add a Google + connection, if you haven’t already. To do this, please read the following:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-plus-profile/

  I want to establish the google authorship in my website. For that I need to change the url of the author displayed in my blog (javaindetail.com)

  How can I achieve google authorship.
