Permalink option not able to see

  Hello There .I was looking permalink option into setting option however not able to see. Could you please confirm this feature is only available for paid member?

  You can’t change permalink structure for a site hosted by wordpress.com. This can only be changed for the self-hosted version of wordpress over at wordpress.ORG.
