Permalink problem and feature image prob.

    This is my web page: http://www.clickexpressions.com this web page is about 4 years old, I have over 150 post and over 200 private galleries with over 100,000 clients images.

    About a month ago, I started to have problems with the navegation of my web page, it looked like a permalink problem, I click any button and it took me to the homepage, wasnt letting me go to any section of my web page.

    Cleaned the cache of a permalink plugin I had installed, and start working for about 3 days, than I clear the cache again and didnt fix the problem, then I uninstalled the plugin, problem solved but 3 days later the problem started again.

    I had a friend who is php developer check the page and found some codes that didnt belong to the page and it started to work again. But you might guess, 2 days later the navegation stop working.

    Im frustrated. Have you seen this happend before and what you sugest me
