Permalink URLs / Theme Customization

  I have wordpress hosted elsewhere, and I was able to modify the URL structure of posts. I’m not seeing that here.

  I’ve added a theme to my blog, but I’m hoping to modify it pretty extensively. How do I do that here? Again, I can do this on my other hosting location. Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong or missing here?
