permalink vs shortcode

  I am having a conflict. On one of my sites, the permalinks are working for some menu items while other menu items only work with shortcode. Please help. I’m sure its one check mark that needs changed but I can’t find it.

  Hi there. https://arizonawinetours.wordpress.com/ contains no content and only one menu link to the default About page. Please provide the URL of the site with which you actually need help.
