  How do I access permalink settings if there is no link to ‘Permalinks’ under ‘Settings’ tab?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there! Permalinks are not possible to change on WordPress.com sites.

  The section you’re thinking of is available in self-hosted WordPress.org sites. This page has a quick overview of the differences between the two if needed: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  How can I make my article appear on my WordPress Site as a permalink? I am struggling to find a clue.
