Hello @dflowe123,
I just visited your website and everything seems to use https. I checked all the menu items and they worked perfectly.
Is there anywhere specific that your seeing issues with?
Hope this helps!

Hi Kevin thanks for the reply…..I have ssl installed by service provider and if i google search festivalpeople i get ordinary www with warnings……if i type https://www.festivalpeople.co.uk i get the padlock…..if i click a link to blindcat tickets i am back to open site and the is is in wordpress…..so select a dog tx and add to cart and go to cart…..still open site…..in wpsettings permalinks still have http not https so i think that is why its happening

Hi dflowe123,
I did a quick visit on the website and noticed the same things you said. Is the festivalpeople.co.uk self-hosted, or hosted through WordPress.com? If it is self-hosted (WordPress.org) I would suggest checking out this support article on setting up HTTPS securely.
Once you’ve completed those steps, I would recommend having Google crawl your website when you done.
Hope this helps!

dflowe123,
With the information you provided that lets me know that is hosted through WordPress.com, so you are correct in stating that the article I linked before won’t be of help.
This forum post might be of some help. It sounds like your having some redirection issues, I’ll keep looking into this.

Hi folks, I’ve confirmed this site actually is not hosted here. One way you can tell: all sites on our servers already have https installed and enabled.
@dflowe123 you’ll want to look on the general settings page in wp-admin using an account that has sufficient access. For more help, try the WordPress.org forums:
