  I’m at digzol.wordpress.com and i do not see permalink option. Is it only available for self hosted ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you’re right custom permalinks are only available on self-hosted WordPress sites. WordPress.com uses this permalink structure:
  http://example.com/2017/04/07/sample-post/
