  I have accidentally altered the permalinks, I need to restore them

  Hello there,

  It looks like https://newforestllamas.co.uk is a self-hosted site and not with WordPress.com.

  To change permalinks, you would need to navigate through to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks in the site WP-Admin, I hope this helps.
