permalinks

  at settings>permalinks>custom structure> I decided to change http://skylabsound.net/home

  it seams that it saved /http:/skylabsound.net/home
  So when I click to view any pages or post it says page not found. How can I fix that? I already tried to change to the default and then go back to the cutom structure again but /http:/skylabsound.net/home comes back???
