permalinks: after customizing structure i've lost posts

  hi,

  i used a permalinks custom structure to have URLs good for SEO. Now it is /%namepost% and I has been able to customize URLs for pages. But I’ve lost links for posts: if I use http://www.my-domain-name.it/?p=201 now there’s an error page, it comes from http://www.my-domain-name.it/%namepost%.

  Any advice to recover posts?
