permalinks always take me to bottom of page, not the top.

This problem only takes place when I’m signed in. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

There is someone else complaining of this, but I cannot reproduce the issue in Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Safari.
What browser and browser version are you seeing this on?
