Permalinks on new blog all messed up

  Hi. I just started a new blog using a wordpress.com address, but the permalinks are messed up. Instead of the permalink for a page being abc.wordpress.com/abc, the permalink is https://en.wordpress.com/signup/?blog=1/abc…

  I cleared my history, but it didn’t fix the problem. For example, if you click on the “Trial of the Beast” page, it takes you to that WordPress signup page. Any ideas how to address this bug?

  Please check to see if you have both first and third-party cookies enabled

  Note there are multiple threads on the front forum page on this issue. All have been flagged for Staff attention. Please be patient while waiting.

  Thanks. Reassuring to know others are having the same problem, I guess. My cookies are enabled, so that isn’t the problem. Guess we have to wait for the staff to get back online…

  yes same problem, can’t change the permalinks, all links are set to signup page
