permalinks tab

  Hey guys and gals
  My name is Mark, I live in Australia and thought I would have a go at setting up a blog, but I can’t find the tab to set the permalink, if it should be in settings I can’t find it, would anyone be able to help me please.

  If you’re asking about a blog hosted on wordpress.COM, there is no such setting, there is only blogname.wordpress.com/YYYY/MM/DD/post-name/
