Permalinks/themes/plugins

  In my Dashboard Settings I don’t have the options
  1. to change Permalinks
  2. Install a theme
  3. Install additional plugins
  Why? Do these only available with upgrade?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot install a theme, change permalinks (apart from changing the URL of the posts/pages) or add plugins with any wordpress.COM upgrade (you can get plugins for a few thousand dollars a month if you are want to pay for VIP wordpress).

  You can do all this on a wordpress.ORG self-hosted version, you may want to check out what the differences are between the two platforms, which you can see here: support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ and if you want these three things, you may wish to consider getting a wordpress.ORG site.
