  Thank you. But I wouldn’t write if it would work, because when I click “Close your account permanently” it leads me to “To close this account now, contact our support team.” And when I click to contact, all it does is sends me to the forum. So, how to close? The same with my website. If I want to delete it, I have to contact the Support team. And yes, all upgrades are removed.

  Hi there!

  It seems that the Business plan was not properly removed from your site, that’s why you were unable to close the account. I’ve fixed that for you so you should be able to both delete your WordPress.com site and close your account – if you still see the error, try rloading the page.
