I have no idea what ‘CV’ is but WordPress has no control over what any search engine caches or when they clear it.
You could try contacting the various search engines, but there is no guarantee they’ll respond.

stephaniedurner, did you post your CV as a word document, an image, or did you copy and paste the text into a post?
If you uploaded your CV as a media file, e.g. a document or image, then if you still have this document in your media files the search engines may still have access to it. If you want them to stop you will need to delete the file from your media on WP totally.
If you did just post the text and have now deleted it, or if you have already tried the above, then unfortunately notawoodpecker is right- there is no way to control how the search engines work unless you approach them directly.
And notawoodpecker, a CV is a curriculum vitae :D

Oh sorry! It’s a document you send in to organisations when you are applying for a job, it contains your contact details and job/education history and so on. And it is never advisable to draw pictures of Sponge Bob all around the edges… people don’t seem to appreciate it for some reason :)

So, it’s a resume’.
Not something I would EVER post openly on any web page.

Unless you’re seeking work as an animator. ;)
OP, make sure you check your Media library as mentioned.
