Permanently blocking an undesirable follower.

  I have REMOVED an undesirable follower, but each day the follower reappears as a new follower. How do I permanently block them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  …hi. Unfortunately the only way would be to make your site ‘Private’. You can make it impossible for them to comment, however. Just go here:

  https://norainhaiti.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-discussion.php

  …and put their ‘username’ or IP Address into the box labelled ‘Comment Moderation’.
