I want to close my Akismet subscription and delete my WordPress account permanently. My site has already been deleted from hosting site.

As you have mentioned that your site has been deleted from hosting site, your site must be on WordPress.org.

You can refer this document link below for canceling your Akismet Subscription –
https://docs.akismet.com/billing/cancel-subscription/Also, you wish to delete your WordPress.com account. Sadly, there is no way to completely delete a WordPress account once created.
You can instead leave your account inactive by following this:1) Delete Site linked to your account

You can skip this step as I don’t see any site linked to your account.2)Unsubscribe all email notifications by checking the checkbox ‘Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com’ on link below

4) Change email address under Account Settings. This will help in creating another WordPress account in future with same email id as every WordPress account is linked to unique email id.
