Permanently delete pdf files from an already deleted site

  Hello,
  I recently deleted my site in hopes that all documents and pictures I uploaded to wordpress would be deleted too. However, when I googled my old site, one of my pdf’s popped up and I really want to remove it from ‘cyberspace’ lol. I’ve used different computers and browsers, but this same pdf keeps popping up, even though my site no longer exists. Does anyone know if it’s possible to permanently delete a pdf?

  What is/are the URL/URLs of the document(s) referred to?

  To keep things running quickly around here, files are held in multiple caches through a separate system. These caches are usually cleared within 3 days and the files will then become 404 page not found.

  IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting public blogs and/or blog content from them does not remove indexed content from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results after it produces a 404 (page not found):

  That file is deleted on our end.

  What do you see when you click on the URL you just posted?

  If the file is still showing up in search results, there is nothing that we at WordPress.com can do about that, I’m afraid.

  I’m also getting a 404 -page not found when I click that link.
