permanently delete site

    hi there,

    I’ve removed my plan, reset my site and tried to delete my site permanently but it continues to say that it’s in the process of removing the previous plan and to come back in 15 minutes.

    It has been saying that for 4 hours. I have also cleared my cache, logged off completely and logging back in.

    Can you please assist?

    Hi there,

    It seems that your site still retained some of the features of the Creator plan it used to have, that’s why you could not delete it.

    I have reverted your site, and now you can delete the site by clicking on the Delete your site permanently button at the bottom of this page: https://wordpress.com/settings/general/embracingsolutionscomau.wordpress.com
