  I am unable to delete the site and someone else now is using the site but I received a charge from WordPress

  According to https://completedns.com/dns-history/ you moved away from wordpress.com at Jan 23 2022. On April 23 2022 that domain was bought by squatters

  Regarding that charge, check it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
