permanently delete site with premium upgrades

Our site seems to have premium upgrades but we can not access the option to remove them. We are therefore unable to delete our site permanently.

Hi there,
You have a Premium Theme, Gridspace, on your site. Please confirm if you wish to cancel this theme. Once I remove it you’ll be able to delete the site.
Always remember to search the forums for answers. Had you done that, you’ll have found several threads showing the reason for this error and that users cannot delete premium themes themselves :)
Also, the “wpcomhelp” tag on the thread indicates this thread was created via the contact form. Directing a user without any paid plans to the contact link like you did above will only cause them to create a new forum thread, so best to rather just tag the thread for us in this case.
