Permanently deleted my site in accident

  I am a serious novice. I was trying to upload a new theme I have purchased via the ftp site fetch and instead I permanently deleted my whole site. I hope it can be refreshed or rebuilt. Please help. miafnpr.com

  it was a brand new site. Nothing was built yet. It just needs to be restored to way it was when I first signed up.
