Permanently deleting a link.

    Hi, I deleted a link to a PDF reference letter i had uploaded off my eportfolio blog at the request of the reference writer because their personal address was on the letter and they did not want it publicly visible on the internet. However when you specifically search that person on google that reference letter PDF page still shows up. I thought by deleting it from my blog it would disappear but it hasnt. The person is very anxious to have it removed from the internet completely. Please help.

    It is up to Google to deindex the above mentioned link to that pdf reference. If you have verified your site via Google Search Console, you can request Google to remove the URL using this tool.
