permanently deleting site

  i wanted to delete my website and deleted my domain but the site is still up onhttps://donabeglarian.wordpress.com/. How do i permanently delete this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You go to “My Site” “Settings” “Delete site” However I see that your site has the Premium theme Silvio. If you find you are unable to delete that theme first then you will need staff to remove that by returning to this thread and adding modlook for staff assistance.
