Permanently Deleting WordPress Site and Domain

  • Unknown's avatar

I am beyond frustrated with WordPress. I registered my own domain, decided I did not want to use WordPress any longer, so i made my page private. However, when I go to Google and search “broke gals of misery” the first thing to show up is my WP site.
I want to completely delete my account, domain, and site that I have with WP. I do not want to transfer my domain or any of the other options they suggest.
How do I completely delete my site from showing up in google search results as well as delete my account? Please help!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Point your frustration at the search engines because you have the wrong target here. Deleting blogs, their content, or making a blog private does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To delete a free hosted WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered a blog to delete the blog. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click.

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

    and Domain

What domain? I don’t see a URL for to any custom domain above and I don’t find a reference to one under this username account.

WordPress.com is the top level domain hare and all blogs hosted here are on .wordpress.com sub-domains like this one http://brokegalsofmisery.wordpress.com/
