Permission Denied 13 error while importing from Blogger.com

  I receive this error every time when I try to import posts and comments from by blogger blog. Need assistance if any one have figured out a way to deal with this issue ?

  Staff will need to know the URL for the wordpress.com blog you are attempting to import the Blogger (Blogspot) XML file into. Here’s the contact link for you to file a support ticket http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
