Add topic to favorites
assigned a role to a new user and he is unable to add a new item

Hi there,

What role did you assign the new user? It may be an issue where the role you gave the user still does not permit them to add a new item.

The would need at least need to be the role of author in order to upload content.

No need to pay me – our service is free. What is the username of the person you added as an author – and when you say add item – do you mean uploading media like images?

– Try searching for the error your user gets when they try to add items
– If you don’t find an answer, post your question there, but include the error itself and the user’s role
