  Hello! i am running the Atelier Theme with Tilt Import. I really enjoy working from the

  Appearance > Customize > live edit tab.. but i am getting this message. i am an administrator.

  ‘You need a higher level of permission.
  Sorry, you are not allowed to customize this site.’

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

  It sounds like your user role is set to something lower than admin. You need to contact the site owner and ask them about getting an admin level role.

  For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
