permissions from other WordPress postings

  I need to get permissions from WordPress for images from these two sites.
  They are:
  http://tarekatqodiriyah.wordpress.com/asmaul-husna/
  and
  http://perennialreflection.files.wordpress.com/2011/05/tasbih.jpg

  Could you please provide me with contact info for the managers of
  these two sites? I am a university professor in Islamic studies, and
  these are images I need for my next, soon to be published book.
