Persistent website connectivity problems

    Hi there,
I’ve been in touch with WordPress over the last couple of weeks regarding a persistent problem with my website’s connectivity. After much back-and-forth, WordPress realized the problem was as follows:

“The short answer is that Cloudflare [a security service I use] is accessing your site through 6 IPs, and 2 of those IPs are not WordPress.com friendly. They’ll need to fix this on their end in order to ensure maximum uptime for your site (and probably all WordPress.com sites that use their service). Could you provide me the email address of your contact at Cloudflare? That way I can get in touch with someone on their team who is already familiar with this, and we can get this resolved right away.”

Unfortunately, the WordPress team closed this topic before I could provide a specific contact at Cloudflare. I had only been interacting with their general support email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)), and only provided this info. I have since gotten ahold of a specific contact at Cloudflare ((email visible only to moderators and staff)), as well as the support ticket number they opened for my issue (#98838). However, since my support topic at WordPress has been closed (and I never received a ticket number), I have no idea how to give this info to WordPress. I just asked Damon at Cloudflare if they have heard from WordPress and have any updates for me, and he said he hasn’t heard from you guys. The WordPress support engineer who sent me the response pasted above has the username “saouderkirk”.

I really want to get this problem sorted out as soon as possible, and this time please don’t close the topic until it has actually been resolved!

What is the URL starting with http:// for your blog?
Without posting it here your thread will remain “dead in the water”.
