Personal account not accessible. No Two-step authentication Backup Codes SMS

  I am logged out of my personal WP account, where I had two-step verification activated. I recently changed my phone and the authenticator app was deleted. Now, I am trying backup codes and trying to get codes via SMS, but nothing is working. I have the backup codes and I have the mobile numbers.

  I need help in accessing my personal account back. I can provide personal details as needed.
