    Personal and premium sites also need AMP plugin. AMP should also include personal and premium packages. Not everyone is engaged in business. It doesn’t make money.     For all WordPress.com sites, AMP is enabled by default.

    So, AMP is already working on your above WordPress.com website. It doesn’t require a plugin or any upgrade.
