personal bundle refund

    Hi, Its the first time using WordPress and by accident I’ve made a purchase for the personal bundle I would like to get it refunded. However, I cannot see the refund option anymore and on my account it mentions a free user. Therefore, I have been removed from the membership but haven’t received the refund for it. Could anyone please advice?

    It looks like you purchased Personal, and then upgraded to Premium. The Premium upgrade is showing as refunded to me (you should have received a receipt for that, but you can also view one in your billing history). But the original Personal payment shows that you disputed it with your bank, meaning we’re not able to refund that.

    You’ll need to wait until your bank completes the dispute process on their end before you’ll receive the refund – this can take several months. However, if you can still withdraw the dispute with your bank we might be able to refund you sooner, once we have confirmation that the dispute has been withdrawn.
